The Warsaw University Law and Administration Faculty graduated him in 1976. A member of the Warsaw Bar since 1978.
He began his career by completing judge’s and advocate’s training. He works as an advocate for over 30 years now. First as a member of the Advocates’ Office no. 40 in Warsaw and since 1992 as a solo practitioner and then founder of Gintowt Advocates & Legal Advisers.
Active member of the Warsaw Bar (since 1979). Served two terms as Vice Dean, later in the years 2007-2013 elected Dean.
Since 2013 member of the Polish Bar Council.
Arbitrator at the Polish Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration.
Arbitrator and mediator at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan.
For many years has been a teacher and a mentor for the Warsaw Bar trainees.

The Warsaw University Law and Administration Faculty graduated him in 1977.
In the years 1977 – 1984 he worked his way up as a prosecutor to the position of Deputy District Attorney for Warsaw – Śródmieście.
Certified advocate and legal adviser, chose to practice as legal adviser since 1984.
Activist of the Warsaw Bar Association. In the years 2001 – 2004 served as Deputy Disciplinary Prosecutor and Deputy Member of Audit Committee.

Graduated from the European University of Law and Administration with flying colors. In 2012 completed doctoral studies at the Law Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2014 she pursued her dissertation „Prohibition of Discrimination as a Limit to Freedom of Contracting”.
Ph.D. candidate. Thesis: „The rule of non - discrimination as a restriction of contract freedom”.
Works with us since 2013. Gained professional experience in law offices and one of the largest headhunting, outsourcing and personal consulting agencies in Poland.
